It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a downstairs toilet, and an L-shaped living area with a fully fitted kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed and TV, while the other has two single beds. The bathroom’s large airing cupboard stores handy items like an iron, ironing board, clothes airer, travel cot, cordless vacuum, and highchair, plus a hair dryer. Downstairs, an under-stairs cupboard holds beach gear including a trolley, tent, ground sheet, and windbreak. The cozy living area offers a sofa, armchair, TV, books, games, a dining table with benches, and a well-equipped kitchen with quality crockery, cutlery, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, and microwave. Gas central heating keeps it warm. Outside, there’s a patio with table and chairs, a brick BBQ, and access to a courtyard with outdoor table tennis. Rental includes utilities, Wi-Fi, Netflix, towels (excluding beach towels), bedding, and access to the pool, sauna, steam room, gym, and tennis courts. There’s plenty of free parking, though spots aren’t allocated, and two EV chargers are on site. Dog-friendly, it welcomes up to two dogs at no extra cost, with a minimum stay of three nights.
